Check-in time is 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Please call for SPECIAL CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS after 9pm.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 11:00 am.
CANCELLATIONS
With advanced notice, you can cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date and receive a full refund of your deposit.
We have a 2 day/48 hour (before arrival date) cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time frame or if you are a NO SHOW will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm – 8:00 am.
There is no curfew; come and go as you please.
No smoking, vaping, alcohol or drug use in the building.
No unpaid guests allowed overnight.
No illegal behavior of any kind while on the premises.
HOUSE RULES
LGBTQ+ individuals are welcome.
Children are welcome.
Service animals are allowed with proper documentation.
OPEN & AFFIRMING
TN State Tax will be added to your bill.
You MUST present a photo ID when you check in.
