CHECK-IN: Check-in is between 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm. You will receive an email 1-2 days before your reservation with instructions for after-hours arrival procedure. You MUST present a photo ID when you check in.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 11:00 am.

CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your reservation 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date to receive a full refund. No refunds will be made with failure to cancel 48 hours prior to date of arrival.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm – 7:00 am.

DOOR CODES: Do not, under any circumstances, share door codes with anyone.

NO smoking, alcohol, or drug use in the building.

NO unpaid guests are allowed between the hours of 11:00 pm - 7:00 am.

NO illegal behavior of any kind while on the premises.

Service animals are allowed with proper documentation.
